Staying healthy and fit. Why do YOU do it? I was once a 3 pack of Newport Cigs and 6 pack of Heineken per day guy. Woke up one day, feet hurting and major discoloration from the left knee down. Had to make changes. I was about 4 weeks away from my 40th birthday. Had to make changes.
