Yeah that's how it should go. Anytime you lead a team and lose you should get bumped, unless you were not allowed to lead in some way.

Yes, his name is Lyndon Guiseppi, chief executive officer. He is Trinidadian. The CEO is a "Belizean" (by naturalisation).
