Lecture on Racism in Education in Britain

Very important and pertinent points were raised in this lecture on racism in the education system in England. Although I found it lacking in that there was almost no mention made of, connecting with, racist assumptions in the content of certain aspects of the curricula - like the evolution of science preceding the Greeks and Sumerians - much of what he says here can is very relevant to similar racist assumptions that were allowed to remain in our post, yet neo-colonial Caribbean education system.

Also important was his warning against the separation of race and class and gender.
